The interlock advantage
The interlock advantage

The Interlock Wall is a modern, versatile system of reusable, floor to ceiling partitioning walls, wall studs, interior windows and interior doors.

The walls are basically comprised of a 1.5mm powder coated metal top rail that runs along the ceiling, a bottom rail in the same, that runs along the floor and an internal web structure made from 1.5mm galvanized steel. Glass windows and glass or timber doors hang in the powder coated or anodized aluminum door and window frames. The face panels are made from 18mm E0 'Good Environmental Choice Australia' certified low formaldehyde emissions Laminex® board and they simply 'slot in' to the internal web structure providing a sturdy modern office wall.

During office refurbishment the panels are simply detached and the doors, windows and internal web uninstalled and reinstalled in its new location, the panels are then re-attached, eliminating the cost, time and waste associated with removing and replacing a traditional dry wall.

This type of wall system has been widely used in office buildings throughout Germany for over 30yrs.
